The device also features a world time daily alarm clock and calendar for 24 cities, and the display shows hour, minutes, day, date and month. A built-in data-file stores up to 60 sets of phone numbers (with names) with a password security lock. The translator has an LCD display with adjustable contrast, volume level selection (3 levels), key tone on/off switch, auto power off and display backlight which can be turned off to preserve batteries. The only flaw I see in this machine is not being able to enter your own sentences, but that might be a flaw in all machines, so I would bring a dictionary for those times.
