Light, simple, flexible. I've had other hands-free "head lights", but this is the best by far. I run with it (flashing red or white) at night. Also, if camping or hiking, the solid red light preserves night vision. Worth every penny. The jury is still out on battery life, but, if it's like other LED products, it will be good.
